A lighting system that preserves the sky and wildlife
In addition to causing damage to human health, cold-colored temperature LEDs alter the rhythms of wildlife and pollute the night sky, the latter due to the blue spectrum reflected on illuminated surfaces. At ATP we solve these problems by combining warm and ultra-warm color temperatures with precise optics and adjusted light levels to reduce the LED beam bounce on the ground.
The recommended color temperatures depend on the application: 3000 K and 2200 K for conventional applications and PC Amber for particularly sensitive areas such as observatories or nature parks. By blending all these parameters, we are able to offer extremely effective LED outdoor lighting that also preserves the celestial vault and respects wildlife cycles.
