Commitment to excellence and innovation: summary of the ATP Lighting 2025 training sessions

ATP Lighting continues to strengthen its commitment to continuous training, technological innovation, and ongoing improvement

ARRE —05/11/2025— Last week, the company carried out a comprehensive program of activities combining technical training, institutional visits, and meetings with the commercial network, with the aim of reinforcing knowledge, collaboration, and professional growth within the organization.

Technical training and knowledge exchange

During the training sessions, teams from the Lighting, Technical Office, and Quality departments explored key topics such as control and remote management systems, LED configurations, solar lighting, certification procedures, and communication skills.

These sessions provided an opportunity to update knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen the technical and strategic competencies essential to maintaining ATP Lighting’s leadership in the field of outdoor lighting.

Technical visits to factory and laboratory

The commercial network had the opportunity to see firsthand the control, validation, and continuous improvement processes that ensure the quality and reliability of ATP products.

During visits to the production plant, the certification laboratory, and the showroom, exclusive innovations were presented, including the Confort Diffuser®, the Class II+ anti-electrocution system, and the Laminar® heat sink — solutions that reflect the company’s commitment to technical excellence, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Cultural visit to Pamplona

The program also included a cultural experience in Pamplona, designed to strengthen team bonds and promote awareness of the surrounding environment.

This activity — combining culture, history, and teamwork — reinforced core corporate values such as cohesion, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.

The visit also included a tour of ATP’s emblematic installations in the city, such as the Siglo XLA luminaires around the bullring and the new Metrópoli Color luminaires with backlit covers that illuminate Avenida Carlos III.

Institutional visit to Tudela: modernization of public lighting

To conclude the program, ATP Lighting conducted an institutional visit to Tudela, where participants were able to explore the comprehensive modernization of the city’s public lighting system.

The project involved the renovation of more than 8,000 lighting points with 2200 K LED technology, establishing a benchmark in energy efficiency, durability, and urban sustainability.

This initiative demonstrates the impact of applied innovation on the development of safer and more environmentally responsible cities.

A commitment that guides every step

Through these initiatives, ATP Lighting reaffirms its dedication to a business model founded on knowledge, quality, and sustainability — pillars that guide its activity and long-term strategy.

With a vision focused on excellence and innovation, the company continues to promote programs that foster internal talent and consolidate its position as an international benchmark in sustainable public and urban lighting.
